The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation and 183 of its subsidiaries, of which 123 are located in Japan and 60 outside Japan.

  • Tokyo Mitsubishi FUSO Motor Sales Co., Ltd.
  • Tokyo Mitsubishi Motor Parts Sales Co., Ltd.
  • Pajero Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Subsidiaries located outside Japan include:
  • Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America, Inc.
  • Mitsubishi Motor Manufacturing of America, Inc.
  • Mitsubishi Motors Australia Ltd.
Included for this closing: 2 companies, including:
