Mitsubishi Motors Announces New Executive Lineup

Tokyo, May 21, 2004 -- Mitsubishi Motors Corporation's board of directors held a special meeting today and nominated the following lineup of executives. All nominations are subject to approval at Mitsubishi Motors' annual shareholders' meeting, special board of directors' meeting, and supervisory board meeting due to be held on June 29.
