3. The company wishes to make the meeting as open as possible.

• To make it easier for shareholders to attend, the date has been set to avoid the day when most companies are expected to hold their AGM. (This is expected to be Friday 26 June.)
• The management will present its report with the assistance of visual material.
• The management will politely answer questions put to them by shareholders in the time allowed for questions and answers, as long as those questions relate to the agenda.
