Mitsubishi Motors Announces Changes to Management

Tokyo, May 13, 2003 -At its May 13 special meeting, the Board of Directors of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation approved the company nominees for election as Statutory Auditor and changes to the Board members as set forth below.

The election of new Members of the Board and Statutory Auditors is to be decided at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25.

Approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors has already been obtained for nominees for election as Statutory Auditor in accordance with the commercial code.
