Effective January 1, 2001 Mitsubishi Motors Corporation will make organizational changes to its Nagoya Plant's Oye and Okazaki production facilities.

1. Purpose of changes
   
   To streamline and increase effectiveness where enabled by the transfer of Pajero iO and Proudia production from Oye to Okazaki, production part outsourcing, and reorganization of production structure.



2. Changes
   
   
   1. Pajero iO and Proudia production will be transferred from the Oye Assembling Production Department to the Okazaki Assembling Production Department.
   2. The Nagoya Plant's Parts Production Department will be consolidated into the existing Oye Assembling Production Department.
